You can also contact us by fax but remember – an international fax transmission can be expensive. Incoming fax messages are checked regularly during our normal business hours. We will usually respond to your fax by email, if that is possible. A cover sheet with your name, contact details (including email address) and number of pages is always appreciated.

Air mail services to Australia are frequent, prompt and very reliable. Allow approximately 2-4 days for mail delivery, and please remember to include your name, return address and phone number on the reverse of the envelope.
‘Unsolicited mail’ from non-clients or partners should only include documents. We will not accept postal items we suspect contain items other than documents, unless you have told us to expect them.
We will not accept any post that has been sent with insufficient postage.
Skype
If you have downloaded the free Skype software, you can make an internet, Skype-to-Skype phone call to us anytime during business hours at no charge. Our Skype profile will indicate whether or not we are available or alternatively you can email us to set up an appointment for a Skype-to-Skype call.

Due to the potentially high costs of international calls, we recommend that unless you are based in Australia, or the matter is very urgent, you should contact us first by email, post or fax. We can only accept calls in English and Italian.
We cannot accept ‘reverse charge’ or ‘collect’ calls.
Second Life
You can always find our SL representatives by selecting the ‘People’ tab in the search function and entering the name of the rep you wish to contact. Once you have found us, you can contact us in several ways:
- If we are online, just come up and introduce yourself. We can engage in chat to deal with your queries or problems.
- Send us an IM. If we are online, we can teleport to you or reply in real time. If we are offline, we will still receive your IM to our email inbox – during business hours, we can generally reply quickly; outside of business hours, we can respond as soon as we can.
- Come to one our ‘Meet & Greet’ or ‘Question Time’ sessions! Refer to the About Glasshouse 6 section for details of time and place.
- If you want a ‘face to face’ meeting, or maybe you want to show us your SL business or products, you can always make an appointment to meet inworld – simply contact us using any of the other methods in this section (include your preferred SLT date and time and your general issue) and we will confirm with you as soon as we can.
